This inter-departmental program was established by COSAM in the early 1990s. Over three decades, Biomedical Sciences has established a strong reputation as the proven path for health-related education and career preparation. Our goal has always been to provide students with optimal education in the biological, chemical and physiological foundations of human health and disease. Through hands-on learning, research opportunitie, and engagement with real-world problems, we aim to develop the next generation of biomedical leaders ready to shape the future of medicine and improve lives worldwide.

The Pre-Professional Advisory Committee is established, becoming a central component of Biomedical Sciences by offering structured advising, application support and professional development led by COSAM faculty.
