Undergraduate Studies

The BS degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry are approved by the American Chemical Society, providing students with rigorous training in the chemical sciences.

American Chemistry Society
The Auburn University ACS Student Chapter provides students with opportunities to connect with peers, engage in community outreach and participate in professional development activities related to chemistry.

Association for Women in Science (AWIS)
The Association for Women in Science (AWIS) supports the advancement of women in STEM fields by providing opportunities for mentorship, professional development and networking. The Auburn chapter connects students with peers, faculty and professionals while encouraging participation and leadership in the scientific community.
Chemistry Club
The Chemistry Club provides an informal forum for students and faculty interested in chemistry and biochemistry. The club hosts periodic meetings and activities that bring together undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty to discuss topics in chemistry and build community within the department.
