Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off and pick-up take place at the bus loop in front of Haley Center unless otherwise noted.

✓ Drop-off: 7:45–8:00 a.m.

✓ Pick-up: 3:45–4:00 p.m.

A valid 2026 pick-up tag is required.

Camp Locations

✓ Camp classrooms: Haley Center

✓ Recess: Green space in front of Cater Hall

✓ Curious Curators camps: AU Museum of Natural History

What to Bring

✓ Packed lunch, peanut and tree-nut free

✓ Refillable water bottle

✓ Backpack

✓ Closed-toe shoes

✓ Comfortable clothing that can get dirty

✓ Sun protection or rain gear as needed

What's Provided

✓ Camp T-shirt

✓ All materials and supplies

✓ Two snacks per day

Additional Information

On Monday, parents should park in the Stadium Parking Deck and walk their child to the registration table at the bottom level of Haley Center to receive the 2026 pick-up pass. Tuesday through Friday, drop-off takes place at the bus loop in front of Haley Center.

Parents are not permitted to enter the bus loop earlier than five minutes before drop-off. Camp staff will be present and identifiable by camp t-shirts.

Please pick up your child by 4:00 p.m. A late fee of $5 per five minutes will be assessed for pick-ups after 4:00 p.m. If you anticipate being late, contact camp staff as soon as possible.

Camps will be held regardless of rain. In cases of severe weather or schedule changes, families will be notified through GroupMe.

GroupMe will be used for camp communication. A link to join will be sent prior to your child’s camp session.

Curious Curators camps are primarily outdoor and field-based. Students should be prepared for extended time outside and fieldwork conditions.

Recommended items include:

  • Long pants

  • Insect repellent

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Extra water

All staff follow Auburn University youth program policies. Students with allergies or medical needs should bring required medications and complete all medical consent forms prior to camp.
