Short Bio

Meagon Bryant is the Career Development and Coaching Manager for Auburn University’s College of Sciences and Mathematics, where she leads strategic career readiness initiatives for over 3,500 students. With almost a decade of experience in higher education career services, Meagon specializes in career coaching, employer engagement, and professional development programming. She hosts multiple career fairs each semester, supervises a dynamic team, and serves as advisor to the Society of Women in Sciences and Mathematics. Meagon holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and is certified in the Strong Interest Inventory and MBTI assessments. Her work is driven by a passion for empowering students to discover and pursue meaningful career paths.
