Melina Dattilo, MS, College of Sciences and Mathematics Faculty and Staff

As an Auburn University alumna, Melina Dattilo is thrilled to continue her journey at her alma mater, now serving students as an Academic Programs Administrator in the Office of AEIO. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn, Melina pursued a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, deepening her understanding of how to foster inclusive and supportive environments.

 

Previously, Melina worked in the Department of Biological Sciences, where she developed a strong passion for student engagement and academic support. Now, she is eager to extend that passion to a broader audience, helping to create a space where all students in the College of Sciences and Mathematics feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed. Her dedication to student growth and belonging drives her work as she strives to develop programs that not only prepare students for the rigors of STEM but also build a strong and inclusive community within COSAM.
