My research focuses on random geometry, particularly on the interplay among probability, Riemannian geometry, statistical physics, quantum gravity and combinatorics. Current topics of interest include Liouville quantum gravity (LQG), Schramm–Loewner evolutions (SLE), Brownian loops and Yang–Mills theory, among others. Before joining Auburn, I was an L.E. Dickson Instructor at the University of Chicago. I received my PhD in Mathematics from MIT in 2022, advised by Scott Sheffield, and my B.S. in Mathematics from KAIST.
