Short Bio

Katherine Calloway serves as the Human Resources Manager for the College of Sciences and Mathematics (COSAM) at Auburn University. A proud Auburn alumna, Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2001, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University Montgomery.

With more than 25 years of professional experience in human resources and accounting, Katherine has spent the past 13 years supporting COSAM’s Human Resources Office. She specializes in faculty and staff hiring, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that the college continues to thrive through its most valuable resource—its people.

Auburn holds a special place in Katherine’s heart, and she is deeply committed to advancing STEM education and serving the COSAM community. Beyond her professional role, she is actively involved in COSAM Outreach, reflecting her passion for supporting students, faculty, and staff alike.

Katherine is married to Casey and together they have two children, Lucy and Randall. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and contributing to outreach initiatives that strengthen the Auburn family.
