Professional Experience
I have been part of research projects focused on plant-animal interactions, leopard population assessment, the ecology and land use of the Great Indian bustard, avian acoustics and coloration. I have also carried out my own project on the foraging behavior of free-ranging dogs. Through workshops and internships, I have developed skills in camera trapping, mist-netting, behavioral sampling, scientific writing and related areas. I have also presented my work at several scientific meetings in India.
Innovation
I am currently interested in the mechanisms of structural coloration in birds.
