Genetics prepares students for careers and advanced study in fields related to heredity, evolution and genomic science, including biotechnology, agriculture, environmental science and health care. The program provides a strong foundation in the biological, physical and mathematical sciences, with coursework covering molecular genetics and genome-scale data analysis.
