Explore COSAM Outreach

COSAM Outreach connects students, teachers and communities across Alabama and beyond with meaningful opportunities to explore science and mathematics.

As part of Auburn University’s College of Sciences and Mathematics, the outreach office promotes STEM literacy through hands-on learning, mentorship and community partnerships. Programs such as the Southeastern Center of Robotics Education, known as S.C.O.R.E., along with collaborations with the Office of Academic Engagement, Innovation and Opportunity and organizations such as the Alabama Math, Science and Technology Initiative, help bring engaging STEM experiences to K-12 students, educators and families.

Through these efforts, COSAM Outreach helps spark curiosity, strengthen classroom learning and encourage lifelong engagement with science and mathematics.
